The program was created in 2020 to not only give back to the ASC community, but to recognize, honor, and reward the remarkable outpatient surgery professionals who have gone above and beyond their role and touched the lives of so many. We received hundreds of inspiring stories of Everyday Heroes from ASC's across the country. Our program committee narrowed down those submissions to our [Top 10 Contestants](https://blog.onemnethealth.com/asc-everyday-heroes-top-10-contestants-2021). We then opened up voting, where the public casted votes for their favorite Everyday Hero.  After receiving thousands of votes in the past month, our team tallied up all votes to determine our 2021 Top 3 Finalists.
